Prices listed on our website and in our packages are starting points, not final quotes. What you actually pay depends on the size of the vehicle and the condition it's in when we arrive.
We confirm your price before any work begins. If the vehicle turns out to be in materially different condition than described when you booked — heavy pet hair, biological contamination, mold, smoke damage, sap, overspray, or severe soiling — we'll tell you the revised price first. You can accept it, reduce the scope of the service, or decline entirely. We never start work and hand you a surprise number at the end.
A booking is confirmed when we confirm it to you directly by text, email, or phone. Submitting a form on our site is a request, not a locked-in appointment.
Larger jobs — ceramic coating and paint protection film in particular — may require a deposit to hold the date and to cover materials ordered specifically for your vehicle. Any deposit is applied to your final balance.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. We hold that time slot for you and turn away other work to keep it.
Cancellations made with less notice, and no-shows, may forfeit the deposit and may require a deposit on future bookings. A no-show means the vehicle is unavailable or inaccessible, or we can't reach you within 20 minutes of arriving at the confirmed time and place.
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, check, and major credit and debit cards. Payment is due in full when the service is complete.
Once a detail is complete, the service is non-refundable. Detailing is labor and materials applied to your vehicle — unlike a product, it can't be returned once it's been performed. That said, we don't consider the job finished if you're unhappy with it. See the next section.
Tell us within 48 hours of completion and give us the chance to inspect the vehicle and put it right. Where work wasn't done to a reasonable standard, we will re-perform the affected portion of the service at no charge to you.
We ask for that opportunity first. We can't reimburse work you sent to a third party without giving us the chance to correct it ourselves.
We don't guarantee that any specific stain, odor, scratch, etching, water spot, oxidation, or contaminant can be fully removed. Results vary with the material, its age, how severe the damage is, and how it's been treated before. Paint correction removes a limited amount of clear coat and can't be repeated indefinitely on the same panel.
Detailing frequently reveals defects that were hidden under dirt, wax, filler, or a previous detailer's glaze — swirl marks, chips, clear coat failure, prior paint repair, rust, cracked trim, worn upholstery. Revealing pre-existing damage is not the same as causing it, and we aren't responsible for damage that was already there.
Some conditions carry risk no amount of care eliminates: failing clear coat, repainted panels, brittle or aged trim, aftermarket wraps and films, non-factory tint, corroded fasteners, deteriorated headliners. Where we spot something like that, we'll tell you before we proceed.
Warranties on ceramic coatings and paint protection films come from the product manufacturer, not from us, and carry their own registration and maintenance requirements.
We're a mobile service working outdoors and traveling between jobs, so appointment times are estimates. Traffic and prior jobs running long can shift them, and we'll let you know about any material delay.
Rain, snow, extreme heat or cold, and high winds can make certain services unsafe or ineffective to perform. We reserve the discretion to postpone for weather and will offer you the earliest reasonable alternative. If we're the ones who cancel, your deposit is refunded in full or carried over to the new date — your choice.
Before we arrive, please:
Mobile service needs legal, safe parking or driveway space with room for the vehicle and our equipment, reasonable access to the vehicle including keys where interior or engine bay work is involved, and access to water or power where the booked service requires it — unless we've confirmed in advance that we're bringing our own.
You're responsible for confirming that detailing is permitted at the address, including any HOA, landlord, municipal, or property management rules. If the access we need isn't available when we arrive and the service can't be performed, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.
If you believe we caused damage, report it before the vehicle leaves our presence, or — where that isn't practical — within 48 hours of completion, with photographs. Claims raised after that window may be denied, simply because we can no longer tell what happened after we left.
We photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for quality documentation and for our portfolio. We never publish license plates, VINs, addresses, or anything identifying you or the service location. If you'd rather images of your vehicle not be used publicly, just tell us before or during service and we'll honor it.
