VLT (Visible Light Transmission) is how much light passes through the film. Lower VLT means a darker tint and more privacy.
NY law allows a minimum of 70% VLT on front side windows and the windshield. Rear windows are unrestricted. We'll walk you through what's compliant for your vehicle.
Most vehicles are done in 2–4 hours. We recommend dropping off for the day so the film has time to cure undisturbed before you drive.
We recommend waiting 3–5 days after installation before rolling down side windows. This allows the film to fully cure and bond to the glass.
